I can mute devices that aren’t being used and I can ride inconsistent levels at the mixer instead of at each synthesizer. Has 2 effects buses but only one effects return.
Running 2 effects back into 2 channels minimizes the panning effect. This Behringer is perfect for my specific needs. I picked it after reading the specs of the other similar devices here keeping in mind my intended use. I run the effects out into a channel of the Behringer and from its monitor out to the effects return on the Peavey. I keep my 2 independent effects and have a fuller panning results by using the boards proper effect return. The unit is clean, I detect no additional noise.
Obviously, it is not a complicated piece of electronics. Incase some reading here are wondering why the old board, it has a pile of transformers on it, this makes for a very clean and powerful board. You have to spend a fortune to get boards with individual transformers on the buses according hehringer my repair tech.
