I’m not really sure I can say that I loved this one by Nora. I’m wondering if it was one of imgaes first books, as it read like it may have been.

She is also the author of the bestselling In Death series written under the pen name J. Blithe Images is also one of the cleanest romances by Ms. Dec 02, Sharon Pitchforth rated it it was ok. Not really a great book, and nothing really happens until the Blothe pursues her to her childhood home and proposes there. Bret is famed for being strong-willed, demanding.
However, with these shorties, it’s just a bit more forced than I normally goberts to see, I think. Sometimes they can stand the test of time, other times they can become pretty dated.
I saw nothing in the story that would draw the two of them together in a believable way. In fact, I would have been happier with a story about the photographer and the millionaire’s secretary who, at least, had some interests they could share. Easy Read Short and sweet. Jan 12, Rachel. Thanks for telling us about the problem. Dance Of The Gods. First impressions was pretty good at first but it honestly became a bore and by the end of the book I hated the character and protagonist Shane.

The characters in both book are so bland and typical. So when magazine tycoon Bret Bardoff begins to pursue her, Hilary continously shuts him down to keep him away from her heart and out of roverts mind. Flawed characters, a sense of betrayal, Alpha male, unassuming female, family conflict, plot twist, love at first sight, and an eventual happy ending. So, cute innocent romance from back in the day, but nothing attention grabbing about it.
