This book is anti-self help because it promotes a belief that everything you need is inside you – there is nothing to fix, the self When this book was given to me as a gift I read the title and was a little offended. If so what is the link for it? Reading it certainly won’t do any damage! Quotes from There Is Nothing Hubr been taught that this is what good people do, and a failure to do this will lead us to become a self-centered monster that will run amok in society.

Soul without Shame is not as good as this but I will say it teaches how to address the superego by telling it to eff off. This book got me through a very difficult time.
