I read it for a college course in a secondary education program although I am English and not Mathand am currently working with a group to create an interdisciplinary unit centered around this book. The translation was particularly difficult in that it required special attention to the numerical aspect of the book. Zalhenteufel all reviews were positive, however. The book was met with mostly positive reviews from critics, approving its description of math while praising its simplicity.
