To be generous, this is the sort of book you read and can hope to get some sort of profound energetic communication that helps elevate your vibration. I wanted to love this and as I read through the first few chapters, I did. Having left the United States over times, Drunvalo is a world traveler helping people understand their intimate connection to God.
There were some gems no doubt which is why I still rate it two stars but it left me wanting more and not in a good way.

The author makes a lot of claims about a lot of different fields, but it’s hard to know if it should be taken at face value because I was able to discern some factual inaccuracies even on the simpler stuff I do know something about like the differences between viruses and lifee I forget who suggested this book to me, but it definitely wasn’t up my alley.

This is the seret route of connecting, if you allow yourself to relax and ease into the experience. To me, this guy is sort of new age christian in that he believes there is one god, references the bible and talks about angels appearing to him.

Nonetheless it is a very interesting book and surely only appropriate for people who are willing to look beyond their own noses and to accept that there are diffierent views of reality.
This book took me about 3 months to get through — slow for me — because I would find myself reading half a chapter, putting the book down and falling into a meditative state spontaneously, the information swirling inside my mind and body like an antibiotic cocktail, undoing years of misinformation.
