Searcy’s book is a must read and will provide a much needed template and process for effectively assimilating and connecting people within your church. One note I must point out, is that this system’s structure is based on the fact that those who are being disciples are being discipled out of community in a small group setting.

Fusion is not a book on ecclesiology. After reading this book, I believe the church I serve in could benefit from the pre-service suggestions by the author, as well as some other practical suggestions that will help close the gap in our process.
