I would suggest this book for all people interested in Econometric theory. Solutions Manual to Elements of Econometrics. Having been published in Spanish, Portuguese, Persianand Croatian over the years, it is still available in English today. The second edition incorporates most of the new developments, and reflects the changes in the emphasis in the theory and practice of econometrics since I contacted them in order to return it. The author is a master in presenting material in a simple framework and then generalizing as logical extensions of simple cases.

Please help improve it by rewriting it in an encyclopedic style. For me, the fact that most of Kmenta’s account did not require a working knowledge of matrix algebra was a definite plus.
