The general philosophy of the Task Force has been to find pathways to lasting change and improvement through seeking enterprise and individual-driven solutions to the problems and challenges facing Australia’s business leaders, managers, educators, trainers and government policy makers. The Chairman of the Task Force, David Karpin, asserts in his introduction that permanency of reform and constructive change will depend on recognition that excellent leaders and managers require well structured, systematic education and continual development, so that they can add maximum value to the national economy through their performance within the enterprise.
